When purchasing or receiving a card of any kind, the new owner receives with that card a set of instructions of how to use it, a catalog and/or descriptions thereof, in the form of flyers, leaflets or brochures, which are then discarded or, at the very best, stored in some drawer. The card itself is then stored in the owner’s wallet, leaving unexplored the information about the benefits of said card.
